Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by TRYREXT Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through FM Japan Hobby TCG Shop (“the Shop”).
By accessing or using the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Products)
The products sold by the Shop mainly consist of trading cards and related goods.
Due to the nature of these products, minor initial flaws, scratches, or slight damage to outer packaging may occur. Such conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Article 2 (Orders and Payment)
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received by the Shop.
As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted after payment has been completed.
Article 3 (Shipping and Delivery)
All products are shipped from Japan.
Please refer to the product description page for the estimated shipping timeframe.
For international shipments, delivery delays or customs inspections may occur.
The Shop shall not be held responsible for any delays arising from these circumstances.
Article 4 (Customs Duties and Import Taxes)
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated as being included in the product price or shipping fee.
For shipments to the United States, customs duties are included in the shipping fee, and therefore will not be charged at the time of customs clearance.
In the unlikely event that customs charges are imposed upon delivery, please contact the Shop.
Article 5 (Returns and Refunds)
Returns are accepted only if the customer contacts the Shop within 14 days of receiving the item and the item remains unused and unopened.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Damage caused by the shipping carrier
・Opened or used items
・Returns due to customer preference or convenience
・Returns sent without prior notice
・Pre-order items
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Shop shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by natural disasters, circumstances beyond our control, shipping carrier issues, or customs procedures.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan as the court of first instance.
