How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by country, but for the United States, orders usually arrive within approximately 1–2 days after shipment. For other countries, delivery generally takes around 3–4 days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will provide a tracking number after shipment.
Can I change the shipping address after the order is shipped?
No, address changes are not possible after shipment.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight. Details will be provided at the time of order.
Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
In the United States, customs duties and taxes are included in the product price, so the responsibility lies with the seller.
For all other countries, the responsibility lies with the buyer.
Can you declare a lower value to avoid customs duties?
No, we declare the actual sale price. Undervaluing is not possible.
Are the products new?
Yes, Pokémon cards are unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition with shrink wrap intact.
As for other trading cards, some products are manufactured without shrink wrap; however, they are still unopened and brand-new boxes.
Do you offer installment payments?
No, installment payments are not available.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Damage caused during import is not eligible for exchange.
Do you guarantee the authenticity of the cards?
Yes, we only deal in genuine products.
